If you choose to use our referral service to tell a friend about our website or refer a company or Organisation, we will ask you for your referral's name,email address, Company name and contact number. We will automatically send your friend an email or call him on the contact number provided, inviting him or her to visit the website. However, your friend may contact us to request that he does not require such services/content/email or we will remove the information related to him from our database.

Your profile status will always be visible, your Organisation profile is searchable and always Non Anonymous to the JobsDialog team.

We are not responsible for the privacy, secrecy or retention of your company or Organisational information.

You may edit, update and remove the information updated by you on your organisation profile at any time but parties who have access to our database (while your earlier data or profile was active) may have retained a copy of your Organisational details in their own files. We cannot be held responsible for such retention/storage.

Accessing or Changing Your Personal Information

You may have access to, review, correct, update, change or delete your account profile information at any time. You can access and modify your information by signing on to the website. We will not modify the information provided by you without your consent. However, we recommend that you update your personal and Organisational information as soon as such changes are necessitated. When you create an account on JobsDialog.com, that information is stored in our database. JobsDialog’s service works on job posting or Job Orders. It is not an online resume search service. Your organisational details will always be sent to those jobseekers only If their credentials have matched the job posting/vacancy/ Job Order which you have posted online. These jobseekers to which we send details of the vacancy, job Descriptionwill be able to view all your information that you have provided along with your contact information in order to contact you about your vacancy. The jobseeker may also retain a copy of your organisational profile or distribute it to third parties. We cannot control their use or retention of your Organisational information.

We attempt as far as possible to limit access of your company information to legitimate users such as JobsDialog team, jobseekers who have registered with us, as well as law enforcement and national security agencies, but cannot guarantee that other parties will not gain access to this database. We cannot control the use made of the Organisational profile and microsite by third parties who access it while they are in our database. JobsDialog is not responsible for the retention, use, or privacy of your organisational details by any third parties.Accordingly, you should not put sensitive information, personality profiles, or other information you would not want made public, in your Organisational profile.

If you use our facilities to build a JobsDialog account on the website, Organisation Profile or Microsite or to post a job order, then you will be providing us with personal data we will use in accordance with this statement. Your Organisation profile or Job order must not contain sensitive data relating to your
