Please read the policy, conditions and process carefully as they will give you important information and guidelines about your rights and obligations as our customer, concerning any purchase you make through us unless specifically stated otherwise, we make every effort to service the order/s placed with us as per the specifications and timelines mentioned against each of our product. If due to any reason, unavoidable circumstances or beyond the limitations of the service we are unable to process your order then the order shall be cancelled and refunded.

The order may be cancelled before processing due to any of the following reasons:

  1. There are No profiles in our database of the specific Order as requested by you to JobsDialog.
  2. The order could not be serviced within the specified timeline.
  3. The Order is not serviceable for any other reason beyond the control of JobsDialog.

Refund Process:

  1. Please connect with our customer care via email on talent@jobsdialog.com or call 1800-108-3344.
  2. The customer care team will validate the request by checking the timelines, product type and reason for refund, etc and shall take the request for refund. You will be assigned a tracking ID which can be used for future reference.

Exclusion:

The Refund process does not apply to CV pack which has been executed and matching profiles have been sent to the customer.

The refund does not apply beyond 2 attempts in a candidate pack per unit of purchase. i.e: In a candidate pack we will deliver 3 cv’s of jobseekers who are keen to attend interviews. If you are not satisfied with the profiles of CV’s we will reattempt and send you an additional 3 profiles matching the requirement. If you do not select within the six profiles sent across. No refund is possible.

Refund does not apply to membership Plan

The Subscriber will be eligible for a refund only once for a particular service. In case a Subscriber has subscribed to a service, claimed refund and subscribed again for the same service, he/she will not be eligible to avail any refund.

Any charges levied as tax is not eligible for refund.

No refund or replacement is possible if the candidate joins and leaves the organisation

Please Note:

  • On cancellation of an order, you are entitled to receive refund based on pay mode table mentioned in refund timelines.
  • JobsDialog is not liable to pay any penalty or compensation to the customer for cancellation of any order, for reason mentioned above.

Refund from the date of cancellation of order

You can check the status of your refund in Your Account in you Dashboard.

  • Refund will be processed based on the mode of payment of the order Refund processed through Credit card / Debit card / Net Banking will reflect in the next Credit Card/ Bank statement.
  • If your refund doesn't appear in Your Account, and the processing time for your payment method has passed, contact customer care for further assistance.
